Dr. Lawrence H. Green Dr. Green is a board certified ophthalmologist, an M.D. who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of eye diseases and refractive errors. After completing his medical education, Dr. Green served as Chief of Ophthalmology for the U.S. Navy in Japan from 1972 to 1974. Since that time he has been practicing ophthalmology in the Burbank/Toluca Lake area. He specializes in the laser vision correction of refractive errors and in sutureless cataract microsurgery. During his twenty-five years in practice, he has restored vision to thousands through eye laser and surgical procedures. He has helped train many prominent eye surgeons while teaching at UCLA’s Jules Stein Eye Institute. He has served as an FDA Investigator and as chairman of the Ophthalmology Department at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center. He has appeared on TV on numerous occasions and lectured in places as far away as South America and Asia. He has dedicated his practice to the preservation of the precious gift of sight.

Dr. Farid Eghbali Dr. Farid Eghbali is a therapeutic optometrist who specializes in the treatment and management of eye diseases, specialty contact lenses, and laser vision correction. He has helped thousands of patients enjoy the miracle of laser vision correction. Dr. Eghbali lectures nationally and internationally and has published more than twenty articles or abstracts relating to eye diseases, contact lenses, corneal topography and laser refractive surgery. Dr. Eghbali has served as a co-investigator for several FDA contact lens clinical trials, and is on the board of expert examiners for the California State Board of Optometry, Consumer Affairs. Dr. Eghbali has appeared on numerous television programs such as NBC (Channel 4), "Vision and You" and "You and the World of Medicine," and has been interviewed on radio programs entitled "KFWB News 98" and "You and the Physician." Dr. Kourosh Eghbali Dr. Kourosh Eghbali is an Ophthalmologist (Eye Physician and Surgeon) with additional fellowship training in Cornea and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Eghbali graduated with honors from UCLA where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. He subsequently received his Medical Degree (M.D.) with honors from the University of California Davis School of Medicine. After completing a year of general surgery training at UCLA he entered a prestigious ophthalmology residency program at University of California Irvine. He was selected to be Chief Resident based on his superb surgical and clinical skills. He was a recipient of the “Outstanding Performance in Ophthalmology Residency” award from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr. Eghbali then completed extra fellowship training in Cornea and Refractive Surgery. His training was from world renowned surgeons Dr. Peter McDonnell (currently Chairman of Ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins University-Wilmer Eye Institute) and Dr. Roger Steinert (formerly Professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard University and now President of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery).
Dr. Eghbali mastered no patch, no stitch micro-incision cataract surgery. His fellowship training concentrated on refractive surgery, corneal transplants, and complex cataract/intraocular lens exchange.Dr. Eghbali has been teaching students, residents and doctors since his undergraduate years. He has been involved in more than 30 different research projects with more than 25 scientific peer-reviewed journal publications, abstracts and presentations. He is co-author of a chapter on LASIK that is published in the most prestigious cornea reference book titled “Cornea”.He has been an active member in many professional societies, including the “American Academy of Ophthalmology”, “American Society on Cataract and Refractive Surgery”, and “American College of Surgeons”. He has volunteered at free clinics to serve the under-served population at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, and other hospitals.
Dr. Eghbali speaks three languages. He enjoys swimming and playing volleyball.
Dr. Sandy Lee Dr. Sandy Lee is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. She specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the retina and vitreous, including diseases such as macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and retinal detachments.
A graduate of Wellesley College, Dr. Lee completed her undergraduate degree in three years, double majoring in Biology and French Literature. Her undergraduate honors include Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, and departmental honors in biology. She earned her medical degree at the University of California San Francisco. A native of Southern California, she returned to Los Angeles to serve an internship at the L. A. County USC Medical Center. Dr. Lee completed her residency at the Jules Stein Eye Institute-UCLA, where she then proceeded to fulfill a 2 year fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal surgery and diseases.
Dr. Lee has participated in clinical trials for advancing medical treatments of macular degeneration. She has extensive experience in complex and challenging vitreo-retinal surgeries, implementing the latest surgical techniques.
Dr. Lee was born and raised in Southern California and speaks Korean. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and baking.
