Please call our office if you have any questions regarding your condition, treatment or medication. Our staff is specially trained to answer most questions and arrange prescription refills. If you need to speak directly to your doctor, the staff will ask him to return your call as soon as possible. If you call because you have developed a new problem or complication, it will probably be necessary to examine you in the office since many diseases have similar symptoms.

After Hour Emergencies

After 5:30 p.m. and on weekends, our telephone is handled by an answering service. When you call the service will either contact your doctor, so that he can respond to you, or put you in contact with the ophthalmologist who is on call.

Office Area

Located in the neighborhood of the Media District and across from Providence St. Joseph Medical Center. Our building also includes AMC Pharmacy and we're adjacent to the City of Burbank Water and Power Naomi distribution station.

Parking

Two (2) hour street parking is available on side streets around our building on South Frederic Street, Willow Street and Naomi Street.

Garage/lot parking access is on Naomi Street.

From the 134 Freeway:

East - Exit Bob Hope Dr. Turn left off freeway and go to end of street. Turn right onto Alameda. Travel one block to 2601.

West - Exit Buena Vista Ave. Go straight off the freeway onto Buena Vista. Turn left at the second red light onto Alameda. Turn left and go one block to 2601.

From the 5 Freeway:

North or South - Exit Alameda West offramp. Follow Alameda approximately two miles to 2601.
